2. Data Accuracy & Validity

  • We strive to provide accurate and updated lead information; however, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customer changes, invalid contact details).

  • Leads are sold "as is" without warranties regarding conversion rates or responsiveness.

3. Usage Restrictions

  • The purchased leads are intended for business use only and may not be resold, shared, or redistributed without prior written consent.

  • The data must comply with all applicable privacy laws and regulations, including but not limited to GDPR, PDPA, and other regional data protection laws.

  • Unsolicited contact, spam, or misuse of the data that results in complaints or legal action is strictly prohibited.

4. Refund & Replacement Policy

  • Due to the nature of digital products, all lead purchases are non-refundable.

  • If a significant portion of the leads (e.g., more than 20%) are found to be invalid or incorrect, we may offer lead replacements at our discretion upon verification.

  • Requests for lead replacements must be submitted within 7 days of purchase with proof of invalid contacts.

  • Payments must be made in full before access to the leads is granted.

  • In case of chargebacks or fraudulent activity, access to the leads will be revoked immediately.

6. Limitation of Liability

7. Termination of Service
